Jasleen Kaur
Post-Master Clinical Therapist
I am a Post-Master Clinical Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions. I have been deemed eligible to register as a Psychological Associate by the College of Psychologists and Behavior Analysts of Ontario. My approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, ensuring that each individual feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. I practice with unconditional positive regard, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, challenges, and strengths.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs. I believe in the power of personal storytelling and self-awareness as tools for healing, helping individuals gain insight into their experiences and uncover their inner resilience.

My expertise lies in working with youth and adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. I provide a compassionate and supportive space where young clients can build emotional regulation skills, confidence, and coping strategies. With a deep understanding of child and adolescent development, I help my clients navigate their struggles while fostering a sense of self-awareness and empowerment.

For adults, I offer guidance through life transitions, stress management, and emotional well-being, helping them build practical strategies to manage challenges, improve relationships, and cultivate inner strength. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to support and guide them toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Above all, my goal is to make therapy a collaborative and empowering experience, ensuring that my clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported at every step.
